Company Introduction

The company covers a total area of more than 20,000 square meters and has more than 500 staff. Our own factory can fulfill all production processes from founding and polishing to painting and packing. Our main cooperation models are OEM and ODM production.

We manufacture outdoor furniture made of cast aluminum, aluminum tube, sling and wicker. Available in classic and modern European styles, We turn out 1 million set of furniture monthly, exported mainly to the US, Australia and Europe. Our regular customers mainly include top retailers in the United States and well-known outdoor furniture brands （Lexington、LaneVenture、RH、Bassett、Bernhardt、MCM HOUSE）.

Overseas Manufacturing & Logistics

In addition to our production base in Guangdong, we have established a modern facility in the Philippines, covering over 5,000 square meters and employing more than 100 skilled workers. By leveraging diversified production bases, we can adapt more flexibly to different market demands, optimize costs, and shorten delivery times. This allows us to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen our competitive edge in the high-end European and American markets.

We attach great importance to product quality and environmental protection standards, and actively obtain various international authoritative certifications to prove that our products meet the strict requirements of the high-end markets in Europe and the United States. Currently, we have obtained the ISO 9001 quality management system certification, which indicates that we have established a complete quality management system in all aspects such as product design, production, sales and after-sales service, and can continuously and stably provide high-quality products and services to customers. At the same time, our products have also passed the CE certification of the European Union, which means that our outdoor furniture meets the relevant directives and coordination standards of the European Union in terms of safety, health, environmental protection, etc., and can smoothly enter the EU market. In addition, we have also obtained the FSC forest system certification in the United States, proving that the wood raw materials we use all come from sustainably managed forests, reflecting our commitment to environmental protection and sustainable development.

Quality Management System

We have established a strict and complete quality management system, and strictly control every link from raw material procurement to product delivery. In the raw material procurement stage, we have established long-term and stable cooperative relationships with high-quality suppliers around the world, and conduct strict inspections and tests on each batch of raw materials to ensure that their quality meets our high standards. During the production process, we implement full-process quality monitoring. Quality inspection points are set up for each process, and experienced quality inspectors conduct real-time inspections on the products. Once problems are found, adjustments and improvements are made immediately. At the same time, we have also introduced an advanced production management system to collect and analyze production data in real time, so as to timely discover potential problems in the production process and take effective preventive measures. Before the products leave the factory, we will conduct comprehensive quality inspections, including appearance inspection, dimension measurement, performance testing, etc. Only products that pass all inspections are allowed to leave the factory. In addition, we have also established a complete after-sales service system, promptly respond to customer feedback and complaints, provide customers with comprehensive support and solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
